On 18 June 2026, the LIFE CityTRAQ project held its final conference in Brussels, bringing together policymakers, researchers, city representatives and professionals from across Europe.<\/strong><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

From data to impact<\/strong><\/p>

Throughout the day, participants explored how data and digital tools can support smarter policymaking. The morning sessions focused on key developments in EU air quality policy and demonstrated how tools developed within the project help cities better understand and address local air quality challenges.<\/p>

Speakers also highlighted the importance of combining different data sources, such as traffic counts and air quality measurements, to identify pollution hotspots and assess the impact of mobility measures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

These sessions fostered discussion and knowledge exchange between experts and practitioners, highlighting the importance of collaboration across disciplines and borders.<\/p>
